C-type, short for Chromagenic Type uses a silver halide that reacts to light creates a colour image. C-types prints create a continuous tone ideal for detailed shading, skin tones and uniformity.

At Beyond Print we use the cutting-edge Polielectronica C-type and Lightjet C-type printers, with your choice of the finest Fujifilm and Kodac papers. We have one of the select few of the Lightjet 500XL machines that were ever produced. Only a handful of printers across the world can produce images as big as 72” (182cm), and we are one of the 2 labs in the UK that can offer these prints.

Giclée fine art prints are a favourite of artists and collectors of all kinds due to their striking, true to life colours. Our Epson SC-P9000 and SC-P20000 printers are industry standard for producing the best Giclée art prints on the market. Combined with 11x Utrachrome HDX inks and the 9 best papers from Hahnemühle and Canson, our Giclée prints have a print longevity of 100+ years and are available in print sizes up to 160cm x 5000cm.

Mounting is a sleek and modern solution for your wall art? Archival mounting permanently bonds your prints onto your choice of solid backing so that it remains flat allowing for the mounted print to be displayed directly on the wall without needing a frame. Mountings are available in a variety of substrates such as aluminium, card or MDF.

Beyond Print offers bespoke framing for all of your wall art. With over 1000 different frame styles and colours to choose from, we’re sure you can find the perfect one to suit your wall art. All of our handmade bespoke frames are glazed with anti-reflective glass so as not to detract from the works within. If you’re not sure what to get, try our standard black or white frames. The epitome of traditional framing, their simplicity beautifully complements any print.
